What data we process

When you buy: your email address and payment details are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Legal basis: performance of contract. Purchase records are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires (7 years). Our sales statistics also record where the visit came from (for example a search engine or an ad campaign) — without cookies. About a week after your purchase we may email one (1) question about how the book has worked for you — legal basis: legitimate interest, and your reply is never shown as a review without your explicit yes.
When you sign up for updates or the free sample: your email address, to send you the sample and a short email series (three emails). Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, or by emailing us.
When you start a purchase: if you enter your email address at checkout but do not complete the purchase, we may send one (1) reminder. Legal basis: legitimate interest. There will be no more than that.
Visitor statistics: we keep anonymous, aggregated statistics (page, country, traffic source, device type). No cookies are used for this, no IP addresses are stored, and the data cannot be tied to you as a person.

Resend (sends the emails you asked for, on our behalf).

We never sell your data.

Cookies

The website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. During payment, Stripe may set cookies that are necessary to complete the purchase securely.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email klimakteriehandboken@gmail.com and we will help you. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
