Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases on Menohandbook (https://menohandbook.com). Contact: klimakteriehandboken@gmail.com.

1. The product

“The Menopause Handbook — the way back to yourself” is a digital product (an e-book in PDF format) delivered by download immediately after purchase. No physical book is shipped. The purchase (“The Complete Menopause Package”) also includes eight digital tools at no extra cost: The Supplement Guide, The Exercise Guide 45+, 50 things nobody tells you, The Healthcare Toolkit, The Kickstart, To your partner, The Hot-Flash Emergency Card and The Supplement Schedule. Everything is delivered as PDF files, individually and bundled in a zip file, in the same way as the book.

2. Price and payment

The price is $29 and is stated at the buy button. Payment is made by card through the payment processor Stripe. We never store your card details. A receipt is sent to your email address.

3. Delivery and updates

Right after payment you land on a page with download links to the book and the tools. The links are valid for 24 hours — save the files to your device. If anything goes wrong with the download, email us and we will send the files manually at no extra cost.

Updates included: every new edition of the e-book is included in your purchase. Email us your receipt when a new version has been released and we will send you the latest edition at no extra cost.

4. Refund policy

The book is digital content that is delivered instantly. By checking the consent box at checkout you agree that delivery begins immediately and that all sales are final. Your consent is documented together with the payment.

That said: if anything is wrong with the file or your purchase — get in touch. We fix genuine problems, and we do not leave anyone unhappy.

5. Use and copyright

The book is protected by copyright and is purchased for private use. You may read it on your own devices and print it for yourself, but not distribute, resell or publish it.

6. Important disclaimer

The book contains personal experience and general lifestyle advice. It is not medical advice and does not replace seeing a healthcare professional. If you have symptoms that worry you, talk to your doctor or an OB-GYN.

7. Ad links

The last chapter of the book contains product tips with ad links (affiliate links). They are clearly marked “ad link” and mean we may earn a commission on purchases — at no extra cost to you.

8. Charity pledge

5% of every completed purchase is donated to 1,6 miljonerklubben — one of Sweden's largest organizations for women's health. The amount is calculated on the purchase price and paid out quarterly. The pledge does not affect the price you pay.

9. Governing law and disputes

The seller is based in Sweden and these terms are governed by Swedish law. If something is wrong, contact us first — almost everything can be solved with an email.
